All refunds will be handled by the Riverwind Casino event planning staff. If you have booked an event and would like to reschedule, your deposit can be applied toward the next available date. If you would like to cancel your event and receive a refund, please reach out to your event planning expert for a Refund Request Form.

If you have questions about the event you are attending as a guest, please contact the event organizer for details of the event’s status. Unfortunately, we are unable to answer attendee questions about events booked at Riverwind Casino.
