Retain records of your gift card admin number (located directly underneath your card number). Immediately contact the Riverwind Casino Gift Shop at 405-322-6202 to have your card “blocked” so no unauthorized transactions will be allowed and to obtain a replacement if needed.

All returns, exchanges and disputes are subject to the merchant’s return policy. Funds that are credited by the merchant are usually available within 3-5 business days after the return is processed. When you receive your gift card, record the admin number at the bottom right hand corner of the card. Without the admin number you will not be able to replace a lost or stolen card.
