  • Responsible for greeting each guest with a warm and friendly smile when filling drink requests.
  • Responsible for serving patrons beverages from the Drink Kiosks.
  • Keep greeting area clean and neat.
  • Keep drink station clean, wipe down all equipment and counters within the drink station.
  • Keep drink station stocked with basic items of condiments (creamers, sugar, etc.).
  • Must be able to wear proper PPE, including N95 masks and gloves.
  • Disinfects surfaces within the assigned drink station.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Sweeps, mops, vacuums and performs basic janitorial procedures.
  • Dusts, polishes, and cleans furniture in common areas and other areas as requested. Fabric upholstered furnishings are to be vacuumed.
  • Cleans windows, doors, mirrors, glass partitions, baseboards, jambs, trim and walls. Maintain sanitization of restrooms. Empty and clean waste receptacles.
  • Mixes various cleaning agents and use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
  • Ability to use vacuum cleaner, basic floor equipment and knowledge for carpet care.
  • Uses safe and sanitary work practices when cleaning facilities and using cleaning chemicals.
  • Cleans and restocks drink stations.
  • Cleans and restocks Bag in Box (BIB) rooms.
  • Performs other duties assigned.
  • Secures building and occupants by maintaining alarm and fire protection devices.
  • Maintains lighting by installing light bulbs and ballasts; repairing electrical wiring and fixtures.
  • Maintains building climate by trouble-shooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
  • Keeps equipment operational, systems and building ready for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules, maintains maintenance records, follows policies and procedures, completes repairs and installs replacement parts, and reports needed changes.
  • Maintains building accessibility and appearance by picking up litter and removing ice and snow from walkways and parking lot.
  • Paints and mows the lawn as well as cleaning the surrounding landscape.
  • Maintains the facility plumbing including all water fixtures and sprinklers.
  • Hauls files and boxes, moves furniture, sets up furnishings, prepare rooms for meetings, assemble public announcement and audio visual equipment following manufacturer’s operating and care guidelines, and repairs and installs replacement parts to assure equipment is in working order when needed.
  • Identify and correct hazardous property conditions.
  • Must be able to utilize the Work Order Maintenance system in Stream It to receive and complete work orders.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and tribal assets through observation and reporting of activities in accordance with departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Monitors and maintains control of facility access points and permitted areas of entry and responds to sounding alarms ensuring the safety of employees, guests, and tribal assets.
  • Prepares reports based upon observations, information, and occurrences to ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Assists in maintaining customer and employee confidence and safeguards the operations by maintaining confidentiality of all information they may be exposed to in the performance of their duties.
  • Complete daily check of bicycle checklist, ensuring the safety of the bicycle to be maintained by approved personnel.
  • Conduct patrol duties on foot, by car, and bicycle. Attend to any parking – lot incidents including but not limited to accidents occurring on facility grounds.
  • May be required to monitor the opening and closing of machines for routine repairs and maintenance to ensure the integrity of the machine is maintained.
  • May be required to provide escort for the transfer of monies within the facilities.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Will dispatch all facility personnel to include but not limited to Lighthorse Police, emergency medical, and local fire department as requested by the security or management team.
  • Contact Security Officers by radio of any alerts received through the casino based software system including top prize payouts, machine tilt, machine open, or patron requesting assistance.
  • Record all Security employee call-ins and submit to proper security management.
  • Will log all dispatch calls (incoming/outgoing) and or electronic alerts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Monitors and ensures the safety of guests, employees and tribal assets through constant patrol and observation of all assigned areas and reporting activities in accordance with departmental guidelines.
  • Monitors and maintains control of facility access points and permitted areas of entry and responds to sounding alarms ensuring the safety of employees, guest and tribal assets. Assists other departments when emergency conditions threaten or actually exist (Fire, weather, medical, etc) to assure the facility is protected.
  • Prepares reports based upon observations, information and occurrences to ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Assists in maintaining customer and employee confidence and safeguards the operations by maintaining confidentiality of all information they may be exposed to in the performance of their duties.
  • May be required to monitor the opening and closing of machines for routine repairs and maintenance to ensure the integrity of the machine is maintained.
  • May be required to provide escort for the transfer of monies at or within the facilities.
  • Interpreting and enforcing established guidelines in conjunction with operations in order to protect the assets of the Chickasaw Nation.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Count money collected for recording to ensure amounts are documented.
  • Open bill acceptors in the secured Soft Count room from electronic games and places the currency and ticket in ticket outs into the currency counter.
  • Complete appropriate documentation through the Bally’s system to be sent to Accounting and delivers monies to vault area.
  • Take currency and ticket in ticket out received from the kiosks and runs through the currency counter in order to separate the bill by denomination and send 1st count totals to accounting.
  • Destroy used playing cards by using a machine to punch a hole in them. Cards are then sold, discarded or donated.
  • Remove canisters from Blackjack, Poker, and Electronic Game bill acceptors and places them on a secured cart to transport them to the secured Soft Count Room for initial count and verification.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Greet patrons in the Valet area by opening car door and offering to take their keys.
  • Receive vehicle from guest and complete valet retrieval slip, to be given to the customer and maintained for retrieval purpose in Valet booth.
  • Complete a walk around of the vehicle and finish valet checklist; checking for damage prior to parking the vehicle.
  • Park vehicle in appropriate area and give car keys and retrieval slip to Valet Booth Attendant. Keys are placed in slot, as printed on the retrieval ticket.
  • Retrieve vehicle taking customer’s retrieval ticket to Valet Booth to obtain keys. Identify car and drive car to Valet area and hold door open for patron.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Issue banks to all POS stations and Kiosks so monies will be available to customers.
  • Stack currency manually and sort, count, and wrap coins so counting and recording of all monies received through the facility will be accurately accounted for.
  • Properly count down all clerks for total monies, subtracting change banks and recording all actual amounts counted on proper forms to document the accuracy and accountability of operations.
  • Comply with facility policies, procedures and standards ensuring the money room is in compliance with all MICS and TICS.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
