Entertainment Updates

Due to COVID-19 precautions, we have postponed all performances in the lounge until further notice. We will post updates to our website based upon the best available information and through social media as they occur. We will let you know when entertainment resumes at the River Lounge.

Please visit seatgeek.com/riverwindcasino/verify to validate whether a Riverwind account exists for that email address. If not, an account will be created at time of ticket purchase. For more information, contact SeatGeek Fan Support at 1-888-220-5189.

No, a new ticket is not needed. Tickets previously purchased on Etix will still be valid for the event. If you have lost your ticket, you can link your email address to your SeatGeek account to view a ticket with the same barcode. Be on the lookout for an email coming directly from SeatGeek with information on how to create a new account. We have also provided information on how to create a SeatGeek account above.

Refunds for postponed or rescheduled shows will need to be handled through the original point of sale, including those purchased through Etix. Refunds will be available two weeks after a show is postponed. Rescheduled dates for postponed shows will be announced at a later date.

For those who previously purchased their ticket with cash at the Showplace Theatre Box Office, refunds will be available through the box office 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Oct. 22-24 and Oct. 29-31.

Tickets previously purchased on Etix will still be valid for the event. Patrons will be able to enter the show with an Etix ticket or mobile SeatGeek ticket.

Tickets can be purchased at seatgeek.com or at the Riverwind Box Office. Tickets cannot be purchased over the phone through SeatGeek or the Riverwind Box Office.

This contest begins October 1, 2020 and is for ticket holders of a currently scheduled show at Showplace Theatre. To be eligible to win, patrons must create a SeatGeek account with a valid email address. Winner will receive two (2) tickets for a 2021 show of their choice, a one (1) night stay at the Riverwind hotel on the night of the show and one (1) dining voucher.
