Tier point credits determine your tier level; they are different from reward points that are redeemable for Rewards Play. There are three distinct levels of membership: Base, Premier and Elite.
When you play your favorite electronic games and table games using your Wild Card, you will be eligible to earn tier points that enable you to unlock the next level of tier benefits. Participating electronic gaming machines earn at the rate of $10 played equals one tier point; non-participating electronic games will be marked. Tier points at table games will be earned based on the game played, average bet and the duration of play.
- BASE: 0 – 4,999
- PREMIER: 5,000 – 14,999
- ELITE: 15,000+
Your tier point balance will reset to zero upon reaching the next tier level. You may advance or decline only one tier level at a time.
Your tier point balance can be easily accessed through a countdown located on your favorite electronic game or at the players club.
Once you get to the next tier level, you have six months to enjoy the benefits of that level. The expiration date is conveniently printed on your Wild Card.
When you meet the point requirement to maintain your current status by the expiration date printed on your card, your level will remain the same, your tier balance will reset to zero and you will have six months to maintain your current tier level or upgrade to the next level.
If you surpass the tier point requirement to reach the next tier level within the six month qualification period, you will be upgraded to the next highest tier, your tier point balance will reset to zero and your membership benefits will change to reflect your new level.
If you do not meet the tier point requirement to maintain your current level by the expiration date printed on your card, you will be downgraded to the next lowest tier, your tier point balance will reset to zero and your membership benefits will change to reflect your new level. You will then have six months to maintain or upgrade to the next tier level.
Upon upgrade or downgrade, your respective benefits will be immediately available to you on your current card. However, you will need to visit a Players Club desk or kiosk to get a new card that reflects your current tier level and new expiration date. You will also need to do this when your card expires, even if you have maintained your tier level.
