Why are you making this change?
Riverwind Casino was using a gift card that could only be used at Riverwind and no other properties. Some upgrades allowed Riverwind Casino to begin using a new gift card that allows patrons to use their card not only at Riverwind Casino to make purchases, but at other participating merchants authorized by the Chickasaw Nation.

What if I’m not going to use my funds before Jan. 1, 2019, could I have the balance on my existing card transferred to the new gift card?
No. You will not be able to transfer balances from the old gift cards to the new gift cards. If you have other questions about the old cards, please visit the Riverwind Casino Gift Shop.

What are the businesses where I can redeem this new card?
Your Riverwind Casino Gift Card is accepted at participating locations (casinos/CTS/hotels) where gift cards are sold (Chickasaw Country Gift Card).

At Riverwind Casino, the new gift card may be used at the following places:

  • Riverwind Showplace Theatre
  • Chips ‘N Ales
  • Seasons Food Court
    • Panda Express
    • Rick’s Café
    • Taco Bueno
    • Burger King
  • The River Buffet
  • Riverwind Hotel
  • Riverwind Gift Shop

Can I use the gift cards on concert tickets?
Yes. The new gift card can be used at the Riverwind Showplace Theatre.

How do I check my balance on my Riverwind Casino Gift Card?
To check your gift card balance, please call the number on the back of the card; 1-800-707-0180. This is an automated phone prompt that will ask for your 16-digit card number. You can find this number on the back of the card directly underneath the barcode. It will begin with a 5. Once you enter your 16-digit card number, it will state your balance.

Do I have to activate my Riverwind Casino Gift Card?
No. Your gift card is activated once it is purchased.

Do the funds on my gift card expire?
Your gift card does not expire, nor do the funds. However, a monthly maintenance fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your card balance after 12 months of inactivity.

Can I load additional funds to my gift card?
No, the Riverwind Casino Gift Card is a non-reloadable card.

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Retain records of your gift card admin number (located directly underneath your card number). Immediately contact the Riverwind Casino Gift Ship at 405-322-6202 to have your card “blocked” so no unauthorized transactions will be allowed and to obtain a replacement if needed.

Returns exchanges or disputes:
All returns, exchanges and disputes are subject to the merchant’s return policy. Funds that are credited by the merchant are usually available within 3-5 business days after the return is processed. Voided transactions may take longer, sometimes up to 7 business days. We recommend you keep your gift card and the receipt involved with the purchase.

Can I use the gift card for gaming or redeem it for cash?
No.
