If you don’t have social security verification, you’ll have the option to complete a W-9 form. Foreign winners from a non-sanctioned country must present an acceptable photo ID and may be subject to tax withholdings. Acceptable forms of ID include:

How do we know if you hit a jackpot?
Floor attendants have mobile devices that alert them of calls in their specific area. Jackpot calls are flagged in the system as high priority by default, so our team sees it and springs into action. Our team works together on the floor and communicates via handheld radio to get someone over to you as soon as possible.
Is there a limit on the dollar amount you can take home?
No, but depending on the amount (usually greater than $50,000), a check may be encouraged that can be picked up the following business day. Large jackpots, such as wide area progressives, require verification from the vendor and gaming commission, which might delay your payout.
