There’s nothing quite like an OU game day, and Riverwind knows how to get the most out of a day of football and fun with families, food and a giant red and white striped tent.
We’re proud to support OU Athletics along with thousands of OU fans and community sponsors. Our VIP tailgate experience truly is one-of-a-kind. It all starts with a shuttle service for our VIPs from Riverwind Hotel to our exclusive tent by the Brandt Park Duck Pond in Norman. Without the hassle of parking, the only thing our VIPs need to worry about is having fun and enjoying OU football!
Once they arrive at our tent, they’re immediately swept away by the intoxicating smell of the delicious offerings from Head Country. This mouth-watering BBQ has been slow-cooked to perfection, just for our VIPs. Plates are piled high, and there’s always plenty to go around in case anyone wants seconds!
After eating, our VIPs can take a walk to see the sights and hear the sounds of an OU game day, or stick around and show off their skills at one of our fun and family-friendly games! We have a beanbag toss, ladder ball, yard darts and Frisbees to play with. Of course, there’s always room for one more on our team if anyone wants to join in.
When it’s time for kickoff, our VIPs won’t miss a play. They enjoy the game from prime seats and cheer the Sooners to victory! After the game, we load the VIP shuttle and whisk our VIPs back to the Riverwind Hotel. Win or lose, there’s still more fun to be had back at the casino and lots of stories to be shared on the way home.
